We both decided the first item on our “Don’t Start List” is cashews. We know they are considered healthy to most people. But not to people who can kill a 2000 calorie bag in a couple days. When I arrived at home last night, the house smelled like french fries. My husband creates a heavenly mix of chickpeas, spices, salt, olive oil and roasts it to crispy perfection. These bronze beauties are delicious and addictive. After I polished off the bowl, I asked Chris to never let me walk into that scenario again.
