The schedule is jammed today at Whole Body Fitness, the wellness studio my husband and I own. It’s also a rainy chilly day in New Hampshire. We are thrilled when people want to work on their fitness goals. But, it’s something that needs to be addressed consistently, regardless of weather, how long your to-do list is, or mood. We all tend to find time for what we think is important. Exercise is on my non-negotiable list for many reasons. What’s on your non-negotiable list?
Exercise is massive part of my life. It keeps me focused .

It was bloody 81 degrees INSIDE my gym yesterday. Not helped by the fact that it was 101 degrees outside. Gives new meaning to sweating. 🙂

Yikes! That’s a hot day! Where our place is, it was 63 today. It was unusually chilly. But good for exercising since our classes are held in a barn.

I swapped typical gym-like exercise for regular power walks and jogging with my dogs (often over 2 h daily), I also ditched public transport in favour of a bicycle. It is the best way for me to keep my body moving throughout the day, without over-training it 🙂 Great post btw!

Great post! My 30 minutes runs are non-negotiable! On, my REALLY sleepy days I ask my self am I not worth 30 minutes out of a 24 hour day? With this is mind, I often lace up my shoes and go off on a run. I come back refreshed and clear headed, because I am indeed worth 30 minutes and more.

Great post. It’s important to think about these things ahead of time to have a plan for when it’s raining/cold/hot. Personally, I have a rower in my apartment and that’s my go-to for nasty weather!

Exercise is a non-negotiable element of my life. I work out 4+ times a week and motivate the rest of my family to be active. So many benefits to this and it’s a game changer if you are serious about living a healthy lifestyle like I am!
