The schedule is jammed today at Whole Body Fitness, the wellness studio my husband and I own. It’s also a rainy chilly day in New Hampshire. We are thrilled when people want to work on their fitness goals. But, it’s something that needs to be addressed consistently, regardless of weather, how long your to-do list is, or mood.
